Management
Do you manage both long-term and short-term rentals?
Yes. Many owners start with one and move to the other as their goals change — we handle both under the same roof, with the same point of contact.
I live outside Spain. How does that work day-to-day?
Entirely remotely for you. We hold the keys, manage guests and tenants on the ground, and send one monthly statement. Most owners never need to fly in for routine matters.
What do your monthly statements look like?
One document — income, occupancy, fees, and any maintenance costs — sent on the same date every month. No spreadsheets, no chasing.
Can you help if I'm still buying or building?
Yes. We advise on Spanish rental regulations, furnishing standards, and launch strategy before you take ownership — so the home is rental-ready from day one.
How quickly can my property start earning?
Typically about two weeks from our first walk-through for a holiday let that already has its registration, and sooner for long-term lets once a tenant is found. Timing depends on your property and paperwork.
What languages do you work in?
English, Spanish, Romanian, Russian and Serbian, for owners, tenants and guests.
Can I still use my property myself?
Yes. Block your dates and we'll work around them.
I'm unhappy with my current manager. How does switching work?
We help you check your current contract's notice period and plan the handover of keys, bookings and listings so guests aren't affected.
Licences & rules
Do I need a licence for a holiday let?
In the Valencia region, holiday lets must be registered with the regional tourism register, and the municipality must confirm the property is compatible with tourist use. Apartment buildings may also need community approval. We check all of this for you.
What if my property can't be a holiday let?
We'll tell you honestly and look at long-term or mid-term letting instead.
Buying
Do you give tax advice?
No. We work alongside independent tax advisers and recommend you take advice for your situation.
Can you guarantee rental income?
No. Nobody honestly can. We give realistic estimates and then work hard to beat them.
