- Short-Term / Holiday Rentals: Multi-channel distribution (Airbnb, Booking.com, Direct), dynamic pricing, guest reception, hotel-standard housekeeping, linen management, and tourist licensing compliance.
- Investor & Acquisition Advisory: Assisting foreign and domestic investors with purchasing, onboarding, and optimizing residential rental properties.
- À La Carte Maintenance & Logistics: Key holding, repairs, check-ins, and inspection services.
3. Management Fees & Commercial Terms
Standard service rates are published openly on our website. Definitive commercial terms, commission structures, and specific obligations are formalized in individual bilateral property management agreements signed between Wee Stay and the property owner.
4. User & Owner Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: Property owners and prospective tenants warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
- Legal Title & Permits: Owners confirm they possess the legal right and required community authorization to rent the property.
- Property Safety: Properties must maintain working smoke alarms, electrical safety compliance, and appropriate home insurance.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photography, branding, graphic design, layout, text, and source code—is the proprietary property of Wee Stay and protected by international intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
