Do you manage both long-term and short-term rentals?
Yes. Many owners start with one and move to the other as their goals change — we handle both under the same roof, with the same point of contact.
I live outside Spain. How does that work day-to-day?
Entirely remotely for you. We hold the keys, manage guests and tenants on the ground, and send one monthly statement. Most owners never need to fly in for routine matters.
What do your monthly statements look like?
One document — income, occupancy, fees, and any maintenance costs — sent on the same date every month. No spreadsheets, no chasing.
Can you help if I'm still buying or building?
Yes. We advise on Spanish rental regulations, furnishing standards, and launch strategy before you take ownership — so the home is rental-ready from day one.
How quickly can a new property go live?
Typically two weeks from our first walk-through: photography, pricing, listing, and house-ready preparation are handled in parallel.
